Shipping Costs

We use a shipping model based on order value and final package weight. Shipping rates vary depending on your cart's value and location (U.S. or International).

Transit and Handling (Domestic)

Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed selected at checkout. Orders shipping within Domestic U.S. will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days. International orders are subject to longer delivery times depending on carrier and shipping speed.

Tea Mates is not responsible for any external shipping delays.

Change of Address

Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed. For address changes, contact us at info@theteamates.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted until your order is in transit. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Tea Mate staff or depending on order status. For dispatched orders, please refer to our FAQs on returns.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel is damaged in transit, reject it if possible and contact our customer service for a replacement or re-delivery.
