How long will it take to receive my Tea Mate(s)?
- Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed selected at checkout.
- Orders shipping within Domestic U.S. will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days.
- International orders are subject to longer delivery times depending on carrier and shipping speed.
Tea Mates is not responsible for any external shipping delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! We will provide a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

*In order to receive a refund or replacement, photo or video proof of the defect is required.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns can only be made within 7 days of receiving your Tea Mate and the packaging must be unopened. Please contact us at info@theteamates.com.

Why do I not see free shipping applied to my $20+ order when using Apple Pay?
To ensure your free shipping applied to your $20+ order while using Apple Pay, you will need to ensure that you are using Apple Pay in the Checkout page, and not the Cart Review page.
