How long will it take to receive my Tea Mate(s)?

  • Shipping times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping speed selected at checkout.

  • Orders shipping within Domestic U.S. will be shipped using USPS Ground Advantage and should arrive in approximately 2-5 business days.

  • International orders are subject to longer delivery times depending on carrier and shipping speed.

Tea Mates is not responsible for any external shipping delays.

What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

*In order to receive a refund or replacement, photo or video proof of the defect is required.
